Veri Source has a strong relationship with most leading local and international educational institutions.
In order to verify a qualification, we require from the client the qualification as stated, as well as the institution, the year the qualification was obtained and the identity number of the student. For non-SA Citizens the date of birth would be required. A student number or a copy of the certificate/ degree/diploma will make the enquiry that much easier.
Veri Source contacts the relevant educational institution directly, and obtains confirmation of the candidate having studied there and having completed the stated qualification. With post graduate qualifications, we also obtain confirmation that required dissertations or thesis have been completed
We never rely upon copies of certificates, diplomas or degrees as proof of education. We have found an alarming increase in the number of fraudulent documents presented, and hence will only accept the confirmation from the institution, as acceptable verification.
Results of this verification are generally available within forty eight hours. Where an international institution is concerned, these results may be delayed up to seventy two hours.
